Nereus Team Member Speaks at PRSA-IABC Communicators Conference

Nereus team member Blair Cook took the stage today at the annual Portland Communicators Conference to discuss visualization and communications.
Hosted by Public Relations Society of America Portland Chapter (PRSA) and Oregon Chapter International Association of Business Communicators (OCIABC), the conference is the premier regional conference for communications professionals.
As our ability to track massive amounts of data via the internet has increased, it has become necessary to find new ways to interpret this data efficiently. This is especially true for communicators who must translate data into viable marketing programs, usually under extreme timelines. In the session "Visualization for the Modern Communicator" Blair took professional communicators through the origins of visualization, examples of visualizations for the public relations professional and lead discussion on the application of visualization in an agency environment.
